At eStyleOn, each order is specially made-to-order to ensure perfect craftsmanship, premium quality, and personalized attention to detail. Because of this process, we do not accept returns on non-defective items.
However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If there is any issue with your order, we are here to help.
✅ Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
1. Wrong Item Received
If you received a product different from what you ordered.
2. Size Error (Our Mistake)
If the size delivered does not match the size you selected at checkout.
3. Defective or Damaged Product
If the product arrives with damage, manufacturing defects, missing embroidery, loose stitching, or any quality issue.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Because all orders are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- The wrong size was selected by the customer
- Color differences due to lighting or screen resolution
- Minor variations in embroidery or handwork
- Customized or personalized orders
📸 How to Report an Issue
To process a return for an eligible issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
- Unboxing video (optional but helpful)
This helps us verify the problem and resolve it quickly.
All order-related complaints must be sent to orders@estyleon.com
🔄 Resolution Options
If your claim is approved, we will provide one of the following:
- Free replacement of the product
- Exchange for the correct size or item
- Store credit (in some situations)
🚚 Shipping Costs
- For approved defects or mistakes made by us, we cover the return or replacement shipping cost.
- For all other cases, returns are not eligible.
