At eStyleOn, each order is created on a made-to-order basis. As soon as your order is placed, our team begins the process of sourcing fabrics, planning embroidery, and allocating artisans to start production.

To ensure smooth operations and fairness to both customers and artisans, please review our cancellation terms below:

⏳ Cancellation Window — 24 Hours

Orders can only be canceled within the first 24 hours of purchase.

You must contact us within this timeframe to request a cancellation.

⛔ After 24 Hours

Once the 24-hour window has passed, your order enters the production stage (fabric sourcing, embroidery prep, stitching planning), and it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

This includes both standard and stitched orders.

❗ Customized Orders

Customized or personalized orders — including custom measurements, color modifications, or design changes —
cannot be canceled, even within the 24-hour window
Because work begins immediately upon receiving the custom request details.

📩 How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation within the allowed 24 hours:

  • Email us at orders@estyleon.com
  • Include your Order Number
  • Use the subject line: Order Cancellation Request

Our team will confirm if your order meets the cancellation criteria.

💳 Refund for Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method
  • Refund timelines may vary (typically 3–10 business days) depending on your bank or payment provider

⚠ Important Notes

  • Not responding to measurement confirmation does not qualify an order for cancellation after the 24-hour window.
  • Production times and shipping timelines cannot be used as a reason for cancellation after 24 hours, as all timelines are clearly provided (6–8 weeks).
