At eStyleOn, we aim to provide a safe, smooth, and secure shopping experience.
This Payment Policy outlines how payments are collected, processed, and protected.


1. Payment Requirement

Because all products are made-to-order, full payment is required at the time of purchase so we can begin:

  • Fabric sourcing
  • Embroidery and handwork
  • Stitching and finishing
  • Quality Control (QC)
  • Packaging and dispatch

We do not start production until payment is completed.


2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options (adjust according to your setup):

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx)
  • PayPal
  • Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay

All payments are processed through secure, trusted third-party gateways.


3. Payment Security

Your payment safety is our priority.

  • We do not store or have access to your full credit card information.
  • All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment processors.
  • eStyleOn complies with industry-standard security protocols.

4. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices on our website are listed in US dollars (USD).
  • Your bank or payment provider may charge currency conversion fees (if any).
  • Prices may change without prior notice due to design updates or material costs.

5. Order Confirmation

Once payment is completed:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email
  • Your order will begin the made-to-order production process
  • You will receive an email once your order is dispatched.
  • You can then track your order on the courier’s website.

6. Failed or Pending Payments

If your payment fails or remains pending:

  • The order will not be processed
  • You may retry the transaction or use a different payment method
  • You may contact your bank to check for transaction issues

eStyleOn is not responsible for bank declines or technical payment failures.


7. Fraud Protection

To protect our customers and brand:

  • We reserve the right to cancel or hold orders suspected of fraud
  • Additional verification may be required for high-value orders.
  • Incorrect or incomplete billing information may delay processing

8. Refunds Related to Payments

Refunds are only issued under the conditions listed in our Return & Exchange Policy, such as:

  • Wrong item received
  • Wrong size delivered (our fault)
  • Defective/damaged product

All refunds (if approved) will be issued to the same payment method used during checkout.


9. Cancellation Window - 24 Hours

Orders can only be canceled within the first 24 hours of purchase.

You must contact us within this timeframe to request a cancellation. For details, please refer to our Order Cancellation Policy.


10. Installment / Partial Payment Options (Optional)

If you offer partial or installment payments, include this:

  • Approval is subject to the third-party provider’s terms
  • We do not control the approval process
